Electronic Lien and Title Convert Paper Titles

With North Carolina ELT, North Carolina lienholders have the ability to convert a paper title into an electronic title.

Until late 2015 North Carolina titles were predominantly in the paper format. With the enhancements brought to managing liens and titles in North Carolina , North Carolina ELT has provided the ability for lienholders with North Carolina paper titles to convert them to North Carolina electronic titles easily.
