Register for ELT Service

To register for North Carolina ELT Electronic Lien & Title service please complete the form below. All businesses that place vehicle liens and/or finance vehicles and mobile homes (i.e. banks, credit unions, finance companies, buy here pay here dealers, and any other dealers) in the state of North Carolina are required to register with North Carolina's ELT service. Register with North Carolina's ELT system - there are no account cancellation fees.
